Loyalty to current customers is important, but I think you mean giving the "current customers" the product they thought they were buying. Customer satisfaction breeds loyalty changing policy (where none is needed) only pacifies current customers... for a short time until they lose their pacifier and need something else.

Well, who is? However, SSB could be the number one sports prognostication service on the Internet if SW would only be willing to try things that WORK!

Do you really believe that? If I owned this site and had that opinion, I would be looking to sell. There will always be old and new gamblers there is nothing "niche" about that. The potential for growth is there forever! IMO

Finally something I agree with. But you don't keep current customers happy by caving in to their every whim. You keep them happy by delivering... period!

And you gain new long term customers by advanced marketing techniques... not scam techniques, but advanced marketing. I could double the subscription base SW has on SSB in a matter of a couple months. For one thing SW needs an outside independent monitor, but most importantly SW needs to use "viral" marketing to get to the top. Forget the search engines, forget mailing lists, forget buying traffic, just simply market, market, and market some more... the right way, and the results will follow.
