SSB email headers

The current message headers from email sent by SSB are easily confused as spam.

Change the email subject header so it reads:

SharpSports reader reply: "(topic)"

Or anything so that as soon as I see the header, I know it is not spam. But if I get an email with the header "RE: " anything from an address I don't recognize, I won't read it most of the time.
