pin's southampton handicap

In the Villa v southampton match. southampton are 0,+.5 @ -102 at pinnacle.
According to a Kevin Pullein article i have this equates to around a 30% chance of winning,I think their chances of beating Villa are higher.
Also southamptons away record so far is good in terms of this handicap.
4 draws,lost 1-0, won 3-1.
While villas home record is 3 draws,2 wins and 1 loss.
I have put a little on it but need some more expert opinion before I commit ;-)
