www.ladbrokes.com (rated A- at sportbookreview.com) will refund any losing Lokomotiv vs Arsenal bets if no Frenchman and no player whose name ends in 'ov' score.
Granted there are a lot of ov's in Lokomotiv but only one of them (Pimenov) is a forward. I don't know for a fact but doubt there are more than 1-2 Frenchmen in 2 non French teams.
The problem for me is they don't accept neteller and that makes it hard to get my money there on time from the US.
