Please help me understand Soccer lines

I have participated in most other forms of advantage play and I can read lines fairly well. However, I have come across various situations where soccer lines show two teams with a positive money line. Something like:

MODENA +135
BOLONA +165

If I read these the same way that I read NFL money lines, you can't help but make money in this situation. Since I have seen this a couple of times, it makes me think that there must be a rule specific to soccer betting that I am not aware of. Can anyone please shed some light on how one game can have two teams with positive money lines?
