What Tracks?

Gary,
I, among others, have been watching your picks with interest.
I'm curious how many tracks you look at. For instance, yesterday you had bets just at Churchill Downs. Today, you have included both Hollywood Park and Belmont.
Is your handicapping technique such that you are able to work swiftly enough to include most of the major tracks in the country? Or do you just concentrate on a very few?
How would you recommend a handicapper approach the issue? I have, mainly because I like to sleep in in the morning (LOL), concentrated on the West Coast tracks. You know, Delmar, Hollywood Park, Bay Meadows, learning the good jockeys, etc. So I've never concentrated much on places like Belmont and Churchill Downs.
Do you look just at major races (i.e., high claiming value or graded races) or do you look at all the races on a card, however low the value of the mounts?
Thanks for your valuable input.
