Can you explain to me what it is that he doesn't understand? Because what he doesn't understand is probably something I don't understand in this issue too...so it would help me out tremendously.

Whoa. Does that mean if I bet on every single exacta box during the Triple Crown races that I'll make a profit? I don't understand this at all.
