Tyson/Lewis: Clarification PLEASE

Im seeing +2000 in some places for a Draw.

Can someone tell me how the fight can end in a draw?

I believe it could either go to the scorecards- and the judges could be 1-1-1....... or- it could be a 'techinical draw'.

Could someone refresh my memory- as to what causes a 'technical draw'?

Thanks in advance. Sorry if im confusing some terms.
