6/6/02 WC picks

In Response To: Wednesday morning picks... (roadkill)

Yesterday I went 1-2 for -2.16 units. Total 5-7-1, -2.96 units.
As Stanford once wrote losers had a tendency to stop making picks and that it hampered the statistics on the subject, well for that I'kk hang in there. I didn't rush these picks to take Denmark/Senegal less than 2.5 goals because the line was a little to low for me (-140). At -120 I would have gone for it.

I love Uruguay +1.5 at -130. Uruguay +1 at +140 is also sweet. France just could get kick out of the cup today. A tie is good for nobody. Uruguay is not a contender but France or no team for that matter has shown anything to deserve the line present for this game.

anyone want chalk? -235 Cameroon/Saudi Arabia over 2.5 goals. This over could easily be parlayed with Cameroon -2 goals since if one is to win that bet their must be at least 3 goals but I'll just take the former.
