BTC, just for you. An opinion w/explanation on Lewis-Tyson.

Just one punter's opinion but here goes. I believe I was trying to
over analyze this "fight". As I realize you are looking for a price
as well as other perspectives I decided to try and cut away all the
extraneous crap and get to the meat of this thing. Assuming the
re-match "arrangement" is not inplace, I go with the champ. The hype
here is sickening. I called in to a sports talk show here and spoke to
Dave Cokin. Well, I don't know what you think of him, but he did make
an excellent point, IMO, as this probably WON'T even be a good fight.
What that tells me is a non-competive fight or a stinker for what
could be a # of reasons. I agree with him. This aspect favors Lewis.
Another point to ponder and I feel critical; a determined and focused
Lennox Lewis is a very dangerous commodity. He does not fear the unstable Tyson. Of course Tyson is trim and training very hard.
To make this brief, he will come out winging bombs trying to
decapitate Lewis. He does not have the patience to try and get inside
and create opportunities. His mental state(Tyson) could be the
determining factor in this affair. Should Lewis frustrate him I say
he goes ballistic and it turns into a horror show. No big deal. I
think most folks expect this as a possibility and may even welcome
it. Why the heck do people watch Jerry Springer and gawk at road-
side accidents; morbid fascination me thinks. And this is not a real
fight fans fight IMHO anyway. Mickey Ward and Arturo Gatti is what
people who love the game look for. Most of the clowns at ringside in
these mega-flops are celebs who are there to be seen and could'nt
give a rats rear end about boxing. Lewis is avail @-185. I say
many more people bet on Mikey BUT MORE money is bet on the champ.
Late money comes in on Lewis driving the price up to -220. LOL.
