Hockey Parlay Question

I think I might have found a good wager, but I need some help with the math to confirm. Thanks to anyone who can help & good luck to all.

I have a book that has a parlay card which will allow me to parlay Buffalo, Columbus and Florida at +.5 pucks. All three teams are -.5 pucks on Don Best right now. The bad news is that this parlay will only be paid 3 to 1 if it hits. My gut tells me that picking up a puck on each team should make up for the patheticly low 3 to 1 return, but I'm not sure how much I gain (on average) by betting teams at +.5 that should be -.5. I think I have until 7pm EST to decide. Any help would really be appreciated.
