Some info about new hosts

Can we get some background info on the hosts? Has Overlay won in the NBA 2 consecutive years he posted here? How about prior to that Overlay? And what about Freddie, what's his story? Last year and beyond, please. I don't like the paradigm here where 100 people start posting at the beginning of the season in the bleachers, 1 or 2 do well and go on to win, and then they're thrown in as a host and get killed.
