Does anyone have any experience with NBA prop betting?

I know this is way off subject with baseball still going on and football getting underway, but last season I became familiar with NBA proposition bets through online offshore sportsbooks and did amazingly well. I have no background in sportsbetting and have had to put together my own ideas for prop betting based on my mathematical knowledge garnered through card counting. I was just curious if anyone had any experience with these types of bets and wanted to discuss them. Is there a general view of these bets from established sports bettors? I realize the relatively small wager limit may keep professionals from bothering with these (the sites I use max out at $500 per bet), but that limit works just fine with my personal bankroll.

Anyone else had any experience with these?
