We'll see how it goes

In my opinion if Clarett stays healthy, they could run the table again. The team really did not lose much - might even be better.
The big question is will Clarett be suspended. My guess is no. Regarding the academics, it sounds as though that professor often gave students outside help/oral exams (Or was told/ paid to say that/ trust me OSU is as corrupt as it gets - players 5-10 years ago could sell drugs and be protected) The NCAA would look quite foolish if they suspend a player for what a professor called extra work/studying/learning. Regarding the money - that is an interesting question. I know it is not within the rules to take money from an agent or from a booster. But what happens if a friend gives you money? Is there any rule against that? I don't believe there is. Hypothetically if Lebron gave Maurice some money can the NCAA suspend him? As far as I know Lebron is not an agent and is not an OSU booster.
So anyways, the Buckeyes lost Doss. I think that is there biggest loss. Clarett only played half the games and if he is healthy, watch out. Also D'andrea (?sp) may be very very good with a years experience.
But the most important thing in my mind is I really believe the schedule gets easier. The Big Ten is just not that good right now. A game at PSU most years is a big test, but PSU now is not PSU from 5 years ago. Michigan should be good, but are largely untested and young. I think Washington is the toughest game of the season. We'll see whether OSU handles Maurice's problems or if WA handles Neuheiser's problems. I think the kicker is that it is a night game in Columbus.
My guess is the Buckes lose twice, but I give them a 10% of running the table.
I believe there will be good betting ops against them. I think they will come into the books overrated.
