did anyone catch the Rome show today?

had an old bookie who talked about fixin games(old bookie has a book(one that you read) out)
people in the know have players on the take or in debt that they can't pay,
he said(and here is the tip for us degenerates-reading between the lines) certain bookies approach players, ones who are pretty good but dont have a shot at the pros, and offer them a way to make their money now(or to erase debts).....not that they should lose game, just not win by as much...i think that they have teams lose as well....Interesting thought, wonder if TWO bookies had players on opposing teams and BOTH are trying to move the spread in the opposite direction...a tell tale sign of such a thing....both teams on CBS and the comentator states that he has never seen two teams play so poorly...if you see this, bet against BOTH teams the remainder of the season when the point spread is -5 or better.
I still contend that the 1999 NIT Michigan game was FIXED..with less than 10 seconds left and UM down by 8, UM player intentionally fouls and UM loses by 10(i had +9 1/2)
