Most people think that Kentucky will continue to be at the bottom of the SEC bucket. But one thing to consider is how well coach rich brooks has done recruiting talented assistant coaches. He might not be the best coach in college football, but he has surrounded himself with talented assistants that will continue to get the best out of their players. The offensive line is rated in the top 10 in college football and senior Jarod Lorenzen has lost 40 pounds in the off season. Their biggest weakness will be at running back. The loss of Artose Pinner will really hurt the running game, but several talented youngsters including backup QB shane boyd will get snaps at tailback. Look for the Cats to have a better than average season at 7-5 or 8-4, and for them to payoff against the spread.
