Winning at contests.

Most of these contests have preprinted point spreads. Walk over to any Nevada sportsbook and compare the static printed lines of the contest to the dynamic ones on the sports book board.

If they are the same, pick the underdog.
If they are different, take the extra 1/2 point or more the printed page gives you.

Example:

Contest line: Den -1
Current line: Den -3

Your Contest Pick: Den -1.

This strategy will give you a leg up on almost all your competition.
For tiebreaker, total points MNF, take the total posted and go 2 points below it. Most go 0-10 points higher.
