Parlaying NFL Games of the Year

Some places have NFL Games of the Year...they already have lines for some games throughout the year...for example, they have Week 13 Eagles +3 at KC ... and Week 15 Eagles +4 at Wash

assuming you could bet a parlay with no vig...getting fair at 3-1...it would seem clear that Parlaying Week 13 Eagles and Week 15 Eagles would be a good bet...and Parlaying Week 13 KC and Week 15 Wash would be a good bet.

but how much better? good enough to cover the 2.6-1? good enough to cover a 2.8-1 line?
