In Response To: Replacement Refs: Opportunity for Overs? (Maynard)

Coming from new york anyone who likes sports listens to wfan radio,today they had john madden on who spoke to a few refs and who also talked to someone in the nfl about how the replacement refs will call the game...what was said is that these refs MUST NOT THROW A FLAG unless they are 100% sure it was a pen.
I say that makes the overs look good BUT im sure vegas already knows it....i also found out that there are 10 high school refs now also...good luck
