College home dogs - equal or better than NFL home dogs?

home dogs win roughly 53% of the time in the NFL.
what is it in college? I would expect an even greater percentage because emotions are a bigger part of the game in college than in the pros. any one have data?

if it is, i would venture that it would be a good idea to drop a small amount on each home dog in college and pros every week.
