PHI +3 BAL : Billick concerns about the field

The game has been delayed because Billick is worried about a soft spot on the turf. He wants to make the NFL force them to play the game. What this seems to mean is that the Ravens are more likely to NOT play 1st and 2nd string players than the Eagles. I see a lot of 2nd String Eagles vs 3rd/4th string Ravens in this game, if it does get played.

Imagine the Ravens RBs in this game!
