Home preseason big chalks off games they blew out their opponents big the week before are obviously teams to go against.

The "gave up 10 points last week" qualifier and the "opponent with at least 1 win" qualifiers are obvious, to me, to be just spam window dressing that worked to enhance the theory in the past, but likely did this solely from luck.
