One out of two isn't bad. I was impressed that you got "provenance" right. That you didn't come close with "gullible" doesn't surprise me. You're still spelling "no one" wrong, after it's been pointed out to you ten times that it's two words!
You should get out more.
In any event, the poor choice of words is Kim's; it has no bearing on Dan Gordon. I wouldn't call Dan a "good tout." I'd call him the best NFL and NBA sides handicapper I've ever seen. Dan's abilities don't diminish simply because people use different words to describe them.
If Gordon *is* a winning handicapper-which I wasn't originally disputing but some of your cagey answers suggested I probably should-then half a dozen reasons exist as to why the service being offered is still fraudulent. You seem unable to separate the concepts of handicapping and touting.
