There are a huge number of offshore books that are not Ponzi schemes. If you know where to go, you are fine. If Dan is what Don describes, he knows where to go. If a dummy like me knows, this isn't even an issue. As for making lines "intentionally" weak, I don't think any savvy gambler would ever fall for this.
