Falcons 12-1 to win NFC West?

I project the Falcons with just slightly over 8 wins this season, and I'm not as high on any of the other NFC West teams this season (i.e. I have N.O. and StL. finishing ahead of the Falcons but only slightly so - I expect both of these teams as well as S.F. to fail to live up to expectations.) In such a case, ATL 12-1 to win the division looks good to me, but I'm not an expert on this kind of thing and I can't figure out the math. Any thoughts? It is possible that the line is a mistake and out of date, but I hope not.

BTW, I'm in Reno right now, doing some heavy line shopping. I'll post all the bets that I do make (haven't made any yet) when I make them.
