you may or may not be right...however, you are definitely right in that i am not in my experiment taking into account whether or not the line has been adjusted. just, as i said before, what the closing lines have been in the past, how those lines have performed against the results of games, and using those statistics to identify potentially profitable scenarios.

perhaps the best way to proceed is for us to debate this at the end of my experiment (perhaps about two years time) by which time we will know whether or not my methods have worked - if they do, we can analyse why (including how i have profited without taking into account whether the line has been adjusted). of course, if i fail, i will be quite interested to look at whether my failure to factor this in has had any causal connection with the outcome.
